By accessing or using the website located at narcassistance.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any digital products or services offered by Narcassistance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the product in any form.

Digital Downloads. All products sold on the Site are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased content either via a download link or through your member account.

No Refund Policy. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Pricing. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

You agree not to use the Site or our products:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NARCASSISTANCE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Narcassistance operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
